How long will my order take to ship?
I’m currently operating on a 1-4 business day timeframe for preparing, packing and dispatching orders (Business days refer to Monday-Fridays) It will then depend on your chosen shipping method for total shipment time:

Royal Mail 24: Approx 1-2 Business Days after dispatch
Royal Mail 48: Approx: 2-3 Business Days after dispatch

🇪🇺 EU BREXIT CHARGES:
Due to Brexit regulations, EU customers may be required to pay VAT, customs duty, and handling fees when their order arrives in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid for the goods to be released.
Please note that I cannot refund shipping costs for orders returned due to unpaid VAT, duty, or customs handling charges.
If you prefer to pay VAT upfront and avoid additional delivery charges, you are welcome to order through my Etsy shop, where Etsy provides an IOSS number.

🇺🇸 NEW TRUMP TARIFFS:
Due to ongoing US import tariffs, orders shipped to the United States include a 10% customs surcharge, plus a £0.50 Royal Mail admin fee. These charges are added automatically at checkout. Certain products, such as colouring books, are exempt from the 10% surcharge.
Can I change my shipping address?
Before placing an order, please double check that your address is submitted correctly. If you do happen to submit an incorrect address, please do get in touch as soon as you can (hello@heyhunsitsnicole.com). Please provide your order number, full name, the address submitted, and the correct address you need to switch it to.
If the order has already shipped, unfortunately I can not accept responsibility for any incorrect information submitted by the customer, and I won’t be able to edit the address after this time. If the order is returned to sender, I can re-send the order to the correct address, however this will be subject to a new shipping charge.
Do you accept returns?
You can return an order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, minus the original shipping charge. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the safe return of an item including return shipping charge. Sample sale and personalised items are non-returnable.
